USA Hockey Weekend

The second annual Hockey Weekend Across America, presented by Reebok -- a three-day nationwide celebration of the sport of hockey. Wear Your Favorite Hockey Jersey on Friday, Bring a Friend to the Rink on Saturday and Celebrate Local Hockey Heroes on Sunday.

HockeyWeekendAcrossAmerica.com will serve as the information hub for the event. USA Hockey is conducting a contest for best Hockey Weekend Across America programming with the grand-prize winner receiving 25 sets of OneGoal starter equipment ($4,000 value), plus $2,000. Additionally, five runner-up prizes of $1,000 will be awarded.

HHHA is Taking Part
Saturday, Feb 14: Bring Your Friend to Hockey Day. We will have a rep. from USA Hockey available to answer questions and Rage hockey players available on the ice with the players as well as local university hockey players. Sunday, Feb 15: Celebrate Local Hockey Heroes day. HHHA invited the Air Force Academy down for a scrimmage as well as the Colorado Special Olympics Chapter to skate. And much more!

The month of February should be a good one for the Tigers as they host four home games:

Feb. 13: Denver Pioneers- The games between the two teams this year have been fantastic!
Feb. 15: Under-18 U.S. National Team
Feb. 20,21: University of Minnesota

Denver Pioneers

The Pioneers hit the road hard this month. Games against St. Cloud State at home on Feb. 27, 28. However the final game of the regular season will be played March 7 at Magness versus Colorado College.

Air Force Falcons

Feb. 20, 21 the Cadet Center will get a visit from Holy Cross. The AHA playoffs start the second week of March. Look for Air Force to cruise through them as they try to reach the NCAA tournament once again.
